For sustainability reasons, we have decided to only produce our clothes when you order them. This means that with your purchase, the clothes will be made especially for you and then shipped. The average delivery time is therefore 4-7 working days.
The average delivery time of the balance boards is about 2-3 days. This means that your order will leave our warehouse within 1-2 working days. After that, it's in the hands of the shipping company to deliver your package to you as quickly and safely as possible! This usually takes about 1-2 days.
Tracking:
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse/production facility, you will be notified by email with a tracking number.
Delivery abroad:
For deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply that are not included in the total price shown.
Payment methods:
PayPal (credit card, direct debit, bank transfer) If this payment method is selected, the next step is to be forwarded to PayPal. Once the required data has been entered there, it automatically goes back to this shop to complete the order.
We only send vouchers by email. Therefore, there are no shipping costs for vouchers.
